Cancellation policy

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of cancellation in accordance with the following stipulations, whereby consumers are all natural persons who, when concluding a legal transaction, act for purposes that can largely not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. Entrepreneurs are not granted a voluntary right to cancel the purchase contract, whereby entrepreneurs are all natural or legal persons or legal partnerships who, when concluding a legal transaction, act in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of cancellation

Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day of execution of the contract. In order to exercise their right of cancellation, consumers must inform the licensor (Philip Lammert, Vibrant Types, Krausestraße 37, 22049 Hamburg, Germany, phone +49 40 30 75 02 89, email hello@ vibrant-types.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) about their decision to cancel this contract. The attached standard cancellation form can be used for this, but is not mandatory. In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient for consumers to send the notification about exercising their right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If consumers cancel this contract, the licensor must repay all payments he has received from them, including delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which they received notification of the cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, the licensor uses the same means of payment that the consumers used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with them; under no circumstances will they be charged any fees for this repayment.

Exclusion of the right of cancellation

The right of cancellation expires prematurely if the licensees have expressly agreed to the licensor to begin executing the contract before the cancellation period expires and the licensees have confirmed their notice that the right of cancellation will be lost by the consent upon execution of the contract.
